Best place to stay in Grand Rapids!!! The staff is Awesome. Heather, at the front desk, assisted in fixing a booking issue I had recently that saved my family’s entire weekend trip to a Hockey Tournament in the area. She was absolutely Amazing, just a total Pro!!!
