Won’t be back

Front desk was not pleasant. Tried to check in a little early and were turned away. Still didn’t have room available AFTER posted check-in time of 3pm. Wasn’t willing to accommodate our large group in trying to room on the same floor. The pool gave every single girl (8 girls!) rashes on their back end and feet.

Great hotel for a night

I even got in at midnight, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean from start to finish, there was a variety of breakfast in the morning, and I felt safe.

Clean room, although it looked as if the room was under renovation seeing as one of the light fixtures was missing a cover/shade. Staff was extremely friendly, KP was an amazing help with my check-in.

Checked in around 10:30 pm. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I get to my room and notice the following: the lights between the beds had no shade, the bathroom tub had a scum line from the lack of cleaning, and the overall fit and finish of the room was horrible; they definitley shouldn't be hiring that contractor for anymore work, especially the drywallers. Overall, the cleanliness and care just seemed very half assed. Reminded me more of a poor motel instead of a chain hotel.
