I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised shuttle service to the airport. When we checked in I told the front desk that we needed a shuttle to the airport at 6:30 AM for an 8 AM flight. She wrote it down and highlighted it for the morning staff. When we got to the lobby the next morning there was no shuttle. The front desk made some calls with no success. She called management and they said the shuttle service would not be running and told us to order a cab or uber. I expected the front desk to make some calls but her response to me was “haven’t you ever used a taxi or uber”? As a matter of fact no I haven’t. Luckily my sister stayed the night because there was a blizzard. I had to wake her up to take us to the airport. Not to notify us ahead of time or offer to make some calls was amazing. When you advertise something you should deliver.
