I tried to check in an hour early and was told it would be an additional $40. There were rooms available and no cars in the parking lot. That's terrible customer service. Get rid of that policy!

Clean modern value hotel

I really liked the decor and the service was good. When we went down to breakfast, the general manager was pitching in to keep things moving. The room was 99% clean. There was a small drip on the bathroom door that should have been wiped down, but everything else was clean and fresh and new. We were comfortable two adults in a room with two double beds, but the room might have been kind of tight for a family of four. There was an efficient use of space and it had an open feel with bright colors and modern design.

It is nice for the price but asking for more info is not good. And having me do additional paperwork at the front desk while I have to use the bathroom ummmmmmmm not good and on top of that asking for my ID it’s not a good look I use the Hilton a lot because I know them but I don’t think they know me now. I will be looking for a different place next time !!!!!!
