Room was nice, I had previously booked the executive rooms and thought I had done the same again, when I checked in and had asked if the area I was in was the executive the front staff giggled and laughed and said no sir this is for select guests only. I was quite taken back as my room cost more than the executive one did and wondered why the laughter did they think I couldn’t afford it?

The parking garage was setxhy with poor lighting, entrance to the hotel blocked by a dumpster and area crumbling/fslling apart. Things in the rom were broken (minor but still noticble - the soap shelf in the shower, the kleenex box container). Staff were super friendly and polite, hot tub was nice.

Clean and tidy as always. Disappointed that I booked the executive floor and the lounge and gym were closed for renos. These were the reasons I booked this floor. This was not noted on the booking site. A couple things out of their control this week such as a new fire alarm system to test and water was shut off to the room for while. Was informed of these events, just a bit inconvenient.
