Great hotel, great service, and lovely Food.

Lovely hotel position overlooking Morecambe bay. We had a room overlooking the sea which was a bonus. Our only criticism was that the bathroom fittings were somewhat dated, old fashioned shower over the bath and dated basin taps. Having said that it is a period style hotel.

Very nice hotel with good service provided by plentiful staff. A wedding held at the hotel gave the venue a buoyant atmosphere and the food and drink were very good value, supplied by a friendly team.

A lovely quintessential country hotel with a very welcome roaring log fire in the main reception area A slight markdown for accessibility especially up to the top floor which is I guess down to the gate of the building. We had a very comfortable stay and would book again
