The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

âą Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Parking on the street is not permitted.
âą Please note, while the property does offer a private dock for guest use, the owner's boat is not available for rent and will occupy the boat slip for the duration of all guest stays. Guests can still tie their boat to the dock, or if needed, rent a slip at Millstone Marina, which is just 0.5 miles from the house. Please note that the dock is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
âą This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell actively monitoring the front entrance. The second is located under the eve of the roof actively monitoring the driveway.
âą Fireplace not for guest use.

âą Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 30 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $25 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
âą Size and Weight Restrictions: Dogs above 30 pounds must be approved prior to booking. We reserve the right to deny accommodation if the pet's size or weight poses a risk to property or other guests.
âą Behavioral Guidelines: Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.
âą Cleaning Responsibility: To avoid fines, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.
âą Furniture and Bedding: Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.
âą Local Regulations and Leash Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.
