Detached villa of 100 MÂČ on land of 900 MÂČ with 3 bedrooms for 7 beds, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully equipped American kitchen, a very bright dining room with a lounge area. The living space with its two bay windows opens onto the patio with indoor, heated swimming pool, 5-seater jacuzzi, barbecue and wooden terrace of 250 MÂČ not overlooked.
This charming villa is located in a quiet location.
The 4x6 M swimming pool, 1.50M deep, is covered and heated, which is very useful in case of rain or wind. You can pull the shelter completely to the rear of the pool in 10 seconds!!
In addition, it is the best child safety device.
The 4 bicycles which are available to you free of charge will allow you to go to the supermarket 1km away and to the beach via a quiet 1km road and then via the magnificent cycle path which runs alongside the golf course. Restaurants await you at the beach or you can leave your bikes in complete peace of mind in the free parking lot.
In fact, everything is planned for you to have a wonderful vacation!!

Familienurlaub

Unser zweiter Sommerurlaub im Ferienhaus von Herrn Tiffon war wiederum sehr erholsam und schön. Gerade die Außenanlage des Hauses mit Schwimmingpoll, Jacuzzi, Tischtennisplatte, kleiner Sauna und vielem mehr ist bei jedem Wetter einer besonderen Hervorhebung wert. Herr Tiffon ist bei Problemen bzw. Nachfragen schnell zu erreichen und ein sehr verlĂ€sslicher Ansprechpartner. Die Erreichbarkeit des "Hausstrandes" von Le Gurp ist selbst mit dem Fahrrad (7 km) kein Problem. Unser Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert

Maison efficace et agréable dans le médoc

Belle maison bien entretenue. Peu de perte de place, simple et efficace. Cuisine fonctionnelle et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Le Jacuzzi est un vrai plus tout comme le barbecue. Le sauna est aussi un plus mais ne va pas au-delĂ  de 60 degrĂ©s. Un babyfoot et une table de ping pong qui est en partie protĂ©gĂ©e du vent. Maison propre, on s'y sent bien. Seul petit bĂ©mole, il fait froid la nuit dans 2 chambres sur 3 qui ne possĂšdent pas de chauffage si la nuit est fraĂźche. Localiser proche de Soulac sur Mer et Ă  moins de 10 min de l'ocĂ©an en voiture. Une trĂšs belle expĂ©rience la location de cette maison avec un gĂ©rant honnĂȘte et rĂ©actif.

Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille avec nos 3 filles. Les Ă©quipements jacuzzi, table de Ping Ping, sauna et Baby foot ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. L’extĂ©rieur est trĂšs agrĂ©able surtout avec ce beau soleil que nous avons eu. Les pistes cyclables sont top. L’hĂŽte nous a trĂšs bien accueilli tout y est bien fait et prĂ©parĂ© et propre pour que nous passions un bon sĂ©jour. Je recommande 😅

TrÚs bon séjour

Le jacuzzi, le sauna, le ping pong, le baby-foot, les belles plages, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Le propriétaire est trÚs arrangeant. Petit bémol, nous n'avons pas trouvé de pistes cyclables à moins de 2 km. Je recommande!

SEJOUR ENTRE MER ET CAMPAGNE

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la location de Sylvain qui a été un hÎte sympathique et disponible en cas de besoin. L'extérieur de la maison est trÚs bien aménagé et en avons beaucoup profité du fait de la météo excellente lors de notre séjour. L'océan est à 5mn en voiture, sans embouteillages ni problÚmes de stationnement. Nous serons ravis de revenir chez Sylvain.
