This hotel felt really homely. I am travelling the States and this was much nicer than some of the soulless motels I have come across. Clean, coffee in the room and really nice staff. Thank you Laurie.

We had a very nice stay check-in and check-out were both easy, with friendly staff. The beds were amazing, slept great all night. Baltzell Lodge, is a nice little place on the East edge of town, easy to find and get to. We will be staying here again.

Check in took far, far too long, likely due to the facility still relying on a paper ticket system, and a paper logbook for guests. Staff seemed confused and unable to complete process. The room was nice though!

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious. The kitchenette as a nice surprise, though I really didn't need it for my quick one-night stay. Check-in was efficient and the staff was super friendly. My wife appreciated that the hotel was one-floor (no hauling suitcases up flights of stairs). One minor downside was location--it is on the east edge of town, away from all the restaurants.

Pet friendly easy parking Perfect for people with dirty boots, carpet was nasty Tv cable service did not work, notified office and they could not help If they cleaned the outside yard next to the highway and removed the cobwebs and debris from the window I would have scored them better

The management was nice and gave me a refund so I went somewhere else. I did not feel safe at all at Baltzell Hotel. It's more of a place for traveling workmen than for single women.

Surprised!!!!

I am very amazed with the room I got, I was a bit nervous about it because of the price! I read some reviews and decided to go for it. I don't regret it. The bed was firm and so comfortable! Everything was clean and nice, the front desk girl was really nice, I actually appreciate that they rented the room I selected and got a different one that was actually more money and they didn't charge me because it wasn't my fault. I am definitely staying there. The outside is not fancy and basic but I really liked the room! The pillows were great!
