Always enjoy my stay at Decoy Barn

I've stayed at Decoy Barn a couple of times now and always enjoyed my stay there. The rooms are lovely, spotlessly clean and very quiet - both times I've stayed I've slept well, which I hardly ever do when I am away from home. John and Suzanne are great hosts and I always feel very welcome when I stay at Decoy Barn. The off-street parking is really good too - plenty of spaces and very secure.

We had an amazing 2 nights stay hosted by John and partner in Decoy Barn. Hosts were very welcoming. John helped us with his knowledgeable tips and observations on visiting places of interest in Norfolk. Breakfast was excellent. Garden with it's vibrant colours were a joy to the eyes. Room was comfortable and clean ensuring adequate privacy. Will recommend to anyone going there.

Relaxing get away

Decoy Barn & its hosts were absolutely delightful, our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was comfortable, clean, very well equipped. The garden that our room looked out onto was immaculately kept, lovely area to sit and relax. We had breakfast one morning and this was delicious, nothing was too much from our hosts. Thank you John & Suzanne for a lovely relaxed stay at your B & B, we’d definitely recommend and most definitely stay again 🙂

Excellent all round stay, clean and smart accomodation as well as all areas, very quiet and peaceful, within easy reach of all attractions and places to visit. Great breakfasts and very friendly and knowledgeable hosts for who nothing was too much . A pleasure to stay and would stay again and reccomend it for anyone visiting and staying in the area. Could not find any faults.

I absolutely loved the Decoy Barn and John and Suzanne were so kind and welcoming! Breakfast was delicious and so beautifully prepared. There were lots of options to choose from. There are many interesting places to visit in the area! I can’t wait to go back! Their little dog Buddy is very friendly and loves to chase his ball. The property is nicely maintained and it was a memorable experience staying there. The countryside around the area is lovely. It would be a great place to live and accessible from the train line, which isn’t too far away. I got a local taxi fron Great Yarmouth to get there and John was always ready to offer a ride here or there if I needed to go somewhere close by. Thanks for everything!!!

Had a very enjoyable short break at Decoy Barn whilst we were in the area visiting relatives. Disabled friendly room with no steps to climb which was ideal for me after recovering from leg surgery and cannot walk unaided. Breakfast is optional and very reasonable priced for the lovely food you got and plenty of it. Certainly set us up for the day! Would highly recommend. Plenty of off road parking in private car park as well. Our hosts made us feel very welcome and we definitely hope to be back.
