Ensconced within 100m2 outdoor living, this boutique house complete with 20m2 outdoor heated pool (with extra fee), portable BBQ facilities (gas) and spectacular grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Ideal for small groups (can comfortably accommodate up to 7guests) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best outdoor surroundings the island has to offer. External Living | Pool & BBQ
This captivating home is embellished with a private 20m2 heated swimming pool (with 1.50depth), featuring a lounge area and outdoor dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (gas) under sunset skies. An ideal culture-lovers holiday escape for those who seek the cretan summery living.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The spacious villa spreads through three levels, making it an ideal escape for a small family or a group of friends. Lounge at the impeccable ground floor living room and watch the sunset lazily on the horizon before curling up on the sofa with a paperback. Set up a movie marathon at the 43’ Smart TV on long summer nights. A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the terrace area and to an iconic dinning spot. The villa features three wonderful bedrooms (two on the first floor and one on the lower floor), one bedrooms features an en- suite bathroom, two additional shared bathrooms lay also on the ground and first floor, allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and an additional guest could sleep in the living room sofa bed.
