This magnificent property in Crete is located in the trendy suburb of Tria Monastiria, in the well-known holiday destination of Rethymno. The holiday accommodations are ideal for family and friends, and the surrounding area has a variety of seasonal attractions. Every day (except Sunday), the villa serves breakfast to guests (included in the price) —a terrific way to start the day!

Oak Luxury Villa includes two living areas, one on the ground floor and one on the lower ground floor (pool level), both elegantly decorated and planned out. Each has comfy seats, a 65` HDTV/Smart TV, Bluetooth audio, a PlayStation 5 gaming system, board games, a fireplace, and air conditioning.

On the ground floor, there is a dining area with extensive seats and contemporary décor. Each of the villa`s two kitchens, one on the pool level and one on the main floor, has an oven, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee machine, and Nespresso machine. There is also an ironing board, a washing machine (2 of them), and a dryer.

The bottom floor on the pool level has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and workout equipment. The third bedroom, as well as a pool table and a separate bathroom, are located on the main level. The upper floor has the master bedroom, which includes a wardrobe, a TV, a safe, and an ensuite bathroom, as well as two further bedrooms, one of which is a twin, and one additional bathroom. The final bedroom is located in the magnificent attic and has an ensuite bathroom. The two extra people sleep on a sofa bed on the ground floor`s living room and on a folding bed.

The outdoor entertainment area at Oak Luxury Villa is fantastic, with a large swimming pool and a children`s pool, an outdoor shower, a built-in gas BBQ and a wine cooler, a nice dining area, and poolside seating. A children`s play area, table tennis, a pool table, foosball (table football), and gym facilities are also offered to guests. Oak Luxury Villa welcomes pets and provides underground parking and an elevator.

Important notice:
-Pool heating is available for an extra charge of €80 per day, not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance
-Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
-The person responsible for breakfast and cleaning the area will be at the villa 7 hours a day (07:30-14:30) except Sunday.
-Minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.

Villa Oak Luxury is in Tria Monastiria, a popular neighborhood located in the resort region of Rethymno in Crete, Greece. The Tria Monastiria beaches, restaurants, and shops are all within easy reach of the holiday accommodation.

Local beaches include Missiria, Pervolia, and Adelianos Kampos. One of the best nearby attractions is the magnificent Preveli Beach with its palm forest.

Tria Monastiria is about 6 km from the Archaeological Museum of Rethymno and 29 km from the Museum of Ancient Eleftherna. The city of Rethymno itself is home to various trendy restaurants, shops, and sightseeing attractions, including the Venetian Harbor in the old town, the 1830s Rethymno Lighthouse, the 16th-century Fortezza citadel, and the Rethymno Historical and Folklore Museum.

The nearest airport is Chania International, about 70 km away, and the General Hospital of Rethymno is only 4.5 km from Tria Monastiria.

A car is necessary for your transportation. We can also organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property.

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: Cleaning and linnen change is done every day (except Sunday).

6. Hot Tub/bathtub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.

7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT.
