Nestled on the north coast of the enchanting island of Crete, close to the picturesque village of Palaiokastro, the Rocca al Mare Seaside Villas offer stunning views of the Aegean Sea.
The complex features four independent villas, each offering a private swimming pool.


Nestled on a serene hillside, the location provides guests with sweeping panoramic views of the sea and the vibrant city of Heraklion, just 15 km away. Several beautiful beaches are also nearby, with the closest just a quick 2-minute drive (1.7 km) from the property.


Eros Villa is a single-level retreat, comfortably accommodating up to four guests across two well-appointed bedrooms.


Stepping in, you will find an open-plan living and kitchen area, with direct access to the pool. The living room features a 65 Smart TV and a sofa, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Adjacent to it is a dining table comfortably seating up to 6 guests and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.


Each bedroom features a Queen size (1.60m x 2.00m), ensuite bathrooms with stand-up showers, 43" Smart TVs, closets, self-controlled A/Cs, vanities, and direct access to the pool.


The outdoor area features sweeping views of the Aegean Sea and includes:
-A 27 sqm pool with 1,70 m depth
-The pool area is equipped with 2 sunbeds, a double gazebo, and a stand-up shower.
-A dining area comfortably seating up to 5 guests.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
