Yiannis Garden House is located in Perivoli Lefkimmis, on the south part of the island . The house is in a plot of land of 2000sq,m. with beautiful blooming garden of lots of greenery , flowers ,trees and wonderful view to the olive groves. -In the garden there is a nice barbeque area that you can bake, while next to the barbecue is an extra shower and wooden swing in the garden. Sun beds and parasol are also available in the garden area.
Yiannis garden House has large balcony with dining table and comfortable chairs .The house is quiet and private, suitable for families or couples who want to escape. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining area. - The lounge is comfortable and air-conditioned with large flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobe, the second bedroom has single beds and space to store things. The space can accommodate 4 in the existing beds plus an extra guest in folding bed with extra cost of 10€/night. The bathroom is large with a corner bathtub and washing machine. Guests have access to all areas of the house. The house is quiet and private, suitable for families or couples who want to escape. The whole house is available to visitors without the presence of third parties. There is a comfortable parking space for 2-4 cars.

Yiannis garden House is just 800 meters from ‘kalivioti’ beach, which is shallow at the beginning and ideal for children. Along the beach there are taverns. Other well-known beaches ‘Sanda Barbara’ and ‘Gardenos’are 2 km from the property. Corfu Town is almost 35 km and 10 km from Cavos. Visitors can get the ferry from Lefkimmi’s port to nearby destinations for one day excursions to Parga, Igoumenitsa or the beautiful islands of Paxos.
Kids must be supervised by their parents during their stay at the holiday hire.
