Located in Adelianos Kampos, just 7 km east of Rethymno town and 1 km from the beach, this 180m2 villa accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 bedrooms on two levels. Whether youre a large family seeking quality time or a group of friends looking for the perfect getaway, Villa Aetos is your ideal retreat!

Simply Wonderful

We were 9 friends for 1 week in this villa. The villa is quite big and the six rooms really big and comfortable. Everything was really clean and practical. A very big thanks to the Etouri Teams and the owner of the Villa. Everybody was really lovely, and had really nice gesture ! The home made products were delicious (Raki, Honey and Oil) and the services (cleaning and groceries) really nice ! We could ask a lot of advices and we always had nice replies and recommandations to discover the surroundings. Even the dog of the owner came twice a day to say hello (and was lovely too !). We just had one regret: only having one week of vacation ! I would gladly come back in this villa .

Amazing holiday

We were 13 friends in holiday and we had a wonderfull time at Aetos Villa. The pool is great, 5 great big rooms, a very nice barbecue fully equiped! The villa is located 5mins by feet from the beach and tavern, bar etc... We also had the bread deliver to the villa which is a great plus!! I will give a big 5 stars to the etouri team who from the booking to the checkout is here to guide you! Thank you very much!

Amazing accommodation

The host was lovely and arranged our transfers and provided a cot and highchair. On arrival we found a bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine, olive oil & Raki. The Villa was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful outlook, close to shops and the beach, lovely pool although a little cold for the baby and no facility to have it heated.

Wonderful Stay

We had an incredible stay at Villa Aetos! The location was excellent. It's in the middle of fields with just a short walk to the main strip and beach. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you have a car, the villa is situated a nice distance from Chania, Rethymno (only about 15 minutes) and Iraklio. We had everything we needed at the Villa and people on hand to answer any questions. There were seven of us and we had ample space. I highly recommend this villa!

A wonderful family holiday in wonderful Crete!

We were a family group of 9 adults and 4 children. We absolutely loved our time at Villa Aetos, and we’re very comfortable during our stay. The pool was great, and we really enjoyed being in a more rural setting. The children loved feeding the chickens and checking for eggs daily. There was a great Taverna in walking distance, and we also spent lots of time in Rethymno which we travelled to and from via taxi. The staff else Etouri were super helpful with organising taxis and advising on where to go supermarket shopping.

Gorgeous property, great location and perfect hosts

The Villa is absolutely gorgeous with an authentic Greek feel. Everything was extremely clean and tidy on our arrival and there was absolutely everything we needed for our stay! The beds were also very big and comfy. The pool area is brilliant and the outdoor balcony with the table is amazing to have food/drinks and watch the sunset. Now John the host was absolutely fantastic - nothing was too much to ask of him, he allowed us to drop our bags off early and answered all of our queries and questions throughout the stay. Overall a brilliant week with 8 family members, we will be back! Thank you John!

Amazing Villa

11 of us stayed here in May 2023, upon arrival the private transfer driver got a bit lost taking us here, I also panicked on arrival as it looked like we was in the middle of nowhere! But thats where you get the amazing views from! Once you take a short 5-10 minute walk, you are in the high street of many different shops & restaurants. The villa was near to local amenities. Bus stop is nearby & easy to get to Rethymno old town which is definitely worth a visit, we went atleast 3 times in our 1 week stay! The villa was lovely & clean & spacious. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay With amazing hosts

We stayed with the family (5 adults, 2 children) for one week and we had an amazing time! Before the arrival, the Agency contacted me several times to give me Information about the house, car rentals and activities. The Check in was super easy as Yannis, a super friendly guy was there to give us all instructions we needed. The House is very Beautiful and super well equipped, With everything you Need: spices, washing tabs, charcoal for Barbecue. They also gave us fresh fruit, Olive oil and eggs what we Really appreciated. For the kids, they had a lot of toys. The House has many terraces and rooms for a big group. We really loved our stay and hope we will come back one day.

Willkommensgeschenk, Obst Brot, GemĂŒse, Olivenöl, Raki Wurst, KĂ€se so eine großzĂŒgige Versorgung habe bisher in keiner Unterkunft genossen. Die Betreuung war angefangen bei Einkaufstipps ĂŒber SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten bis hin zum Wetterbericht herzlich und zu vorkommend. Das Objekt entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Isolla terassilla mahduimme syömÀÀn, kun kerÀsimme kaikki ulkopöydÀt perÀkkÀin. Makuuhuoneet olivat viihtyisiÀ ja rauhallisia. Nukuimme oikein hyvin. Autojen parkkitilaa oli niukasti, joten piha tÀyttyi autoista. Pikku puutteista huolimatta kokemus oli myönteinen ja suosittelemme villaa perhe/sukulomailuun.

Beautiful villa in great location

The villa is a superb option for a large family rental. Many bedrooms and great facilities. There is a good bbq facility and winning pool. Many rooms have a veranda - the views are stunning. The place is well managed and there is a person nearby to help out with queries. Cleaning and fresh linnens and towels are provided regularly. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely rent again at this villa. The rental process with the agent was also very easy with good communication.

Fantastische ruime villa, zeer volledig, ook qua keukenbenodigdheden-/apparaten. Ruime slaapkamers.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad met gezin (opa, oma, (klein) kinderen). Supergoed geregeld door Etouri. Goede, zeer vriendelijke begeleiding en behulpzaamheid van hen. 10 minuten lopen naar strand. Zwembad bij villa, ligstoelen etc. Zelf verse eieren rapen en sinaasappels plukken bij villa. Zeer aan te raden voor een heerlijke vakantie!

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung gab es Raki, ÖL, Obst, Tee und Thymian. Alles sehr lecker :). Alles war sauber und Lage war super... 10-15 Min Fusweg zum Strand, ebenfalls zu den nĂ€chsten Tavernen. Die zwei kleinen Hunde der Besitzer Max und Bell sind uns auch sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Ansprechpartner waren jederzeit verfĂŒgbar. Es war wirklich schön.

You won’t find any better! Home away from home :)

We had an amazing holiday all thanks to everyone involved with villa Aetos. Shops, local supermarket, restaurants and the beach are only a 10 minute walk. The villa itself is stunning and comfortable- we were a party of 8 and had more than enough room to have our own space as well as to socialise in the communal areas. every bedroom has it’s own balcony and air con! There is a beautiful view whilst eating at the table on the balcony, whilst the sun sets - we recommend the Private Dining experience, as well as the barbecue, which we made good use of ! We loved so much wonderful wildlife , animals , flora and fauna - Everything was completely brilliant :) The pool is FANTASTIC !!

Lovely villa, with fantastic sun sets

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Aetos. A very warm welcome from John on arrival. The gifts of homemade honey, hand picked tea and fruits from the garden were a lovely touch. The villa was very clean and spacious. The owners live just down the end of the drive, absolutely lovely people. Left us to our own devices but were there if we needed anything, even left us fresh eggs on a morning. The terrace with a gate was perfect for little ones, safe and secure away from the pool. The pool area was amazing with the sofa area offering comfort and shade. Just a fifteen minute walk to Poppy’s and you can be sure of a wonderful meal, with lovely view of the sunset. There is a little play area outside to keep the little ones occupied before diner. Perfect. Roulis beach bar was a lovely spot also, friendly funny staff.
