THE BEACH HOUSE MYKONOS is a sun-washed, cliff-perched beachside haven reserved for the selective few who have an imminent connection with the sea, value iconic aesthetics and appreciate a tranquil environment and state of mind.

A DAY IN THE HOUSE

The scene for an unforgettable stay is set against a breathtaking mountainous backdrop and an idyllic beachfront stage. Two levels of sheer outdoor joy lie before you: Indulge yourself in a delicious breakfast in the alfresco dining area, or enjoy the sparkling sea view from the refreshing waters of the private swimming pool with poolside sun sofas and sun loungers. Step on to the upper-level patio for a more amphitheatric view of the pool and sea below, and let yourself get mesmerised by the Greek sun’s reflection on the rippled sea. Meditate between the surrounding mountains or stretch with yoga or Pilates before you hit the beach. If you prefer working out indoors, you’ll find more fitness equipment and exercise options at the gym inside.

Inside, the spacious and sleek open-plan living room is adorned with hand-picked custom-made furniture and a striking wall sculpture. Floor-to ceiling windows create a bright ambiance while constantly reminding you of the breathtaking beachfront surroundings. Unwind in the comfort of the sofa as the fresh breeze blows in from the pool, or enjoy a hearty meal by the wooden dining room table. The gourmet kitchen with high-end built-in appliances, ergonomic design, and smooth countertops, make cooking a sheer pleasure.

Technology flows subtly through the villa. The living room features an impressive home theatre with an HD projector, bluetooth Blu-ray media player, and Apple TV allowing you to seamlessly stream content from any device. The same powerhouse can be found in the upper-level master bedroom.

All 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned, offer unobstructed panoramic sea or mountain views, and have direct access to the pool and the upper-level terraces and patio. One master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom accessible by wheelchair with toilet and shower support rails, while the other boasts a bathtub by the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, ideal for melting your troubles away. Spend evenings relaxing on the terrace lounges and gaze at the horizon in awe as the majestic Mykonian sunset unfolds. At night, the numerous lighting options including LED architectural lighting help you set the right mood. Shhh. Let the sound of the waves soothe you as you slowly drift away in the comfort of your bed and dream of the carefree days to come.

Please note:

* Our pool heating system is designed to typical European swimming pool standards to provide a comfortable and pleasant swimming experience—especially during spring and autumn, when temperatures are milder. It is not a hot tub or spa-style heating system, so the water will be warm but not hot. This means the pool stays comfortably warm for swimming, without the high temperatures of a spa. Depending on the month and weather conditions, the pool temperature can reach 26 to 32°C (79–90°F).

* Pool heating is an energy-intensive amenity that we offer as an optional extra at a cost of €100 per heated day, plus 1 additional preheating day. The system requires two days of preheating to reach the desired temperature; however, we offer one of these days complimentary.

PROPERTY POLICY

- Our property is part of a family-owned residential complex. It’s a joyful place of relaxation, so we kindly ask our guests to be mindful of the Greek summer off hours and your neighbours. Parties are not allowed.

- This is a smoke-free environment. If you must smoke, please do so outdoors and use the ashtrays provided.

- Our property is best suited for families, couples, and small groups of friends who seek a joyful and tranquil place to relax. For groups of friends, we typically ask that at least half of the group members are 30 years of age or older. Exceptions may be considered, please advise us in advance.

- Pets are welcome upon request and subject to specific conditions that guests must agree to before booking. Please inquire for more details.

- While our home is suitable for children, toddlers and young children should always be supervised, especially near the swimming pool area and terraces.

- Our housekeeping team is here to help you enjoy your stay, taking care of daily chores so you can fully relax. We kindly ask that you respect both the property and their work by not leaving the house excessively messy. Guests are expected to hand over the villa in a decent state upon departure. If the property is found excessively dirty, additional cleaning fees may apply, deducted from the security deposit.


LOCATION

Our property is just a stone’s throw from Ftelia beach (50 m) in Ftelia Bay, one of the last few well-kept secrets of Mykonos. Ftelia is home to a gorgeous secluded beach and two private beach clubs/restaurants, all of which are at the doorstep of your dream home. This unique location - often frequented by boho-chic surfers, hip families and too-cool-to-be-seen-in-public celebrities - offers relaxation and tranquillity while still being close to all the buzz of Mykonos town (8.6 km) and only a 5-minute drive to the small village of Ano Mera where you’ll find numerous local dining options and amenities. If you want to explore other beaches, Kalo Livadi, Elia, Lia, Panormos and A. Sostis are just a 10-15 min drive away.

MOVING AROUND MYKONOS

Regardless of where you choose to stay in Mykonos, renting a car is highly recommended for moving around the island as most places of interest (Mykonos Town, beach clubs, beaches, restaurants) are scattered along the island's various beach areas (including Ftelia Beach where our villa is located), and the distances between them vary from 10-15' by car. Our property is a 15-20' drive to Mykonos Town, close to several beaches, and only a 5' drive to the village of Ano Mera, where you can find various amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants. If driving is an option, just let us know, we can book one for you via a trusted partner.
