Two bedroom apartment only 500 meters to the beach

The Apartment “Dream Holidays” provides comfortable accommodation for families, couples & small group of friends. It is 60 m2 , located on the 4rth floor of a building and accommodate up to 6 persons.
It consists of 2 bedrooms nicely furnished with all the comforts you would need for a pleasant stay, an open plan kitchen area, a living room area with 2 sofa beds, bathroom with bath and balcony with view over the town, the sunset and side sea view. If you are looking for a truly homey feel this is the best place for you! You'll enjoy yourselves in a relaxing, comfortable, beautiful and hospitable environment !

The 2 bedrooms are modern furnished with 1 double bed each and beds side tables with table lamps , Individually controlled air condition ,safe box , full closet with clothes hangers , dresser with drawers, mirror and desk , soundproof double glass windows , mosquito screens and balcony . Beds are dressed with cotton satin sheets, soft and hard pillows, and blanket set. Second set of linen are available in the closet.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with cutlers and cookeries ,refrigerator with Freeze , electric cookery with 4 rings and oven , blender, pantry Items , tea - coffee making facilities, toaster, juicer, mixer etc. All you needs for preparation of your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Dish washer is available, detergent, salt and polisher are provided.

The living room is furnished with modern sofas, cable TV with some satellite channels, radio with CD player, DVD player with movies collection, and small library.

The bathroom has a bathtub, bath amenities such as soap, shampoo, foam bath, body lotion, toilet paper and slippers are provided. A full set of bath towels body and face are provided (2nd set available in the closet) Hair dryer, iron & iron board is also available. Washing machine is available, laundry soap & fabric softener is provided.

The balcony is overlooking to the main road, with nice view over the town and the sunset. Is furnished with table & chairs. Sitting at the balcony you can enjoy the sunset having a cool drink ! Clothes-horse & clothespins are available at the balcony.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Apartment “Dream Holidays” located in the heart of Ialysos city (is also known as Trianda) which is the second-largest town on the island and one of the most popular resorts in Rhodes. Just 500 meters away from the organized sandy and pebble Ialysos beach which offer a number of water sport activities including windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. All conveniences are within walking distance , Super markets , Bakeries ,Restaurants, Bars, Tourist Shops, Banks with ATM machine , Children’s playground,Internet cafés , Clubs and beach taverns for a romantic meal watching the sun set over the water . Its central position allows easy access to all amenities & local attractions.

GETTING AROUND
It has great connections everywhere, so it is very easy to get around.
Direct opposite of the house there is a Bus and Taxi station that can transport you everywhere on the island.
The bus runs almost every 15 minutes to Rhodes Town 6km, Old Town 7km, Harbor 9km and Airport 7km, Valley of butterfly 18km , Ancient Kamiros 25km etc.

A local tourist train runs every half an hour around the Ialysos city passing in front of the apartment.

A car hire is not necessary, due to the fact that the location of the apartment is ideal for traveler who don’t want to rent a car!
If you wish to rent a car, there is free parking space almost everywhere near the building on the street.

A taxi station is opposite of the apartment for those who don’t want to use the public transportation or rent a car.
