One of the highlights of the villa's location is its proximity to the stunning Spartia Beach, which can be reached within a 5-minute drive. Other famous sandy beaches of the island, including Pessada Beach, Ai Helis, Avithos, Agios Thomas Beach, Makris Gialos, and Platis Gialos, are all within a 20-minute drive.
The ground floor features two spacious bedrooms, the first one furnished with a cozy double bed and the second one, with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is a master with an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom has easy access to the extra full bathroom and a separate WC with a washing machine.

The heart of the ground floor is the bright and spacious dining-living area, perfect for enjoying meals together or simply relaxing in front of the TV. From here, you can step out onto the veranda and soak up the sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the private pool.
