Villa St Nicolas is a luxury 4 bedroom villa which is situated on the outskirts of the sophisticated resort of Agios Nikolaos. This impressive villa stands in its own grounds boasting wonderful views to the front of the town, sea and Bay of Mirabello. Once inside you cannot help but be impressed with the spacious living accommodation and the ground floor is all open plan, which gives a light airy feel to the villa.



St Nicolas has a private swimming pool and a BBQ area under a pergola , which you can enjoy your relaxing evenings watching the bay of Mirabello. The beautiful pool and separate yet adjoining Jacuzzi is a must in the heat of the day followed by a night sat under the pergola enjoying the bar b cue area or on the balcony surveying the views and stars in the night sky.

As you step into the villa you are met by the comfortable yet classy living/dining room and well equipped kitchen.



Up the sweeping staircase to the first floor double bedroom en suite with Jacuzzi and shower, and the first of the twin bedrooms with en suite shower room.With easy access to the large balcony overlooking the pool and garden area.



The second twin with en suite shower is on the second floor set in a diamond shaped room.The two twin bedrooms host continental beds that can be made up as doubles or twins.

sehr schöne Villa bei Ankunft war der KĂŒhlschrank gefĂŒllt und viel vorhanden Die Zimmer sind schön die Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Schubladen hĂ€ngen zum Teil runter, in der KĂŒche sind scharniere locker TĂŒren halten nicht richtig) der Weg ins 4.Schlafzimmer im 2.OG fĂŒhrt ĂŒber eine steile Raumspartreppe. Eine technische Beschreibung des Hauses und der Umgebung wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert

FĂŒr Familien optimal ist grĂ¶ĂŸere Familien

Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Auf Grund der GrĂ¶ĂŸe der Unterkunft haben auch grĂ¶ĂŸere Familien viel Platz. Die Ausstattung ist gut man findet alles was man fĂŒr einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt. Danke fĂŒr die Erstattung mit Lebensmitteln. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Gartenmöbel repariert werden mĂŒssten. Es fehlen Schrauben wodurch man nicht alle benutzen kann. We liked it very much. Due to the size of the accommodation, larger families also have plenty of space. The equipment is good you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Thanks for the refund with food. The only downer is that the garden furniture would have to be repaired. There are no screws so you can not use them all.

Lovely spacious Villa

Easy to find...very impressed with the villa, lovely location and villa to a high specification. On arrival pleasantly surprised with a well stocked fridge of essentials. There were 8 in our party of 2 families and we had plenty of space, 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite. Loved the outside kitchen/living area where we dined most mornings and evenings over looking the bay. Any issues we had and there were only a couple of minor things were dealt with straight away by contacting the owner. We went in October and it would have been nice to have had a heated pool as it was freezing. Otherwise I would recommend this villa for a family party.

This is a beautiful house that was perfect for 3families including 2 grandchildren.

Beautifully situated with gorgeous views over the town, bay and mountains beyond. The house is modern with lovely furnishings, a wonderful pool and a very well equipped kitchen. Our 3 families had privacy, really great ensuite bathrooms for all 4 bedrooms and a terrific outdoor covered eating space with a bbq and pizza over, both of which we used! Easy reach of supermarkets, the town, restaurants, and important historic sites: Gournia, Spinalonga, and a day trip to Heraklion’s marvellous Archeaological Museum and King Minos’ Palace at Knossus. I particularly liked that Agio Nikolaos is not overrun with tourists. There are lots of tourists there but when you visit other parts of Crete you will see what overrun looks like. One if the best things about this place is Antonis, the host. He is very very helpful and if you have questions he comes over right away to answer. The housekeeping staff come 2times a week to clean, change your sheets and bring clean towels for the bathrooms as well as the pool. We had a 3 month old and a 3 year old and had a baby bed and a high chair on arrival. We have rented houses all around the world and this is at the top of our list! Excellent wifi, excellent tv with Netflix etc and video games, washer and dryer. All ages should be really happy here. We had 12 excellent days enjoying every minute!
