Villa Trules is a brand new, family friendly villa in the countryside
of Armenoi, just 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Rethymno. Perfect
for up to 9 guests, it features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a sofa bed,
and fully air-conditioned interiors.

Inside, the villa offers a spacious lounge with fireplace, satellite
TV, and comfortable sofas, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (4
cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster,
kettle, coffee maker), a dining area, and laundry facilities. Three
bedrooms have double beds, TV, and ensuite showers, while the fourth
bedroom has a double French size bed next to a family shower room.

Outside, enjoy the private pool (7.5 x 4 m, depth 1.2–1.4 m) with
sunbeds and parasols, a shaded patio with rattan sofas and dining
table, a brick-built barbecue, children’s playground with toys, a
ping-pong table, a vegetable plot for seasonal produce, and a large
garden with scenic countryside views. Private parking is also
available.
