This spacious 2-story condo features funky modern southwestern dĂ©cor with black and white patterns and topaz accents, creating an updated and modern vibe that is sure to delight. On the top floor, you’ll find two luxurious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms even includes an additional elevated space equipped with a futon, providing extra sleeping arrangements.

The main floor boasts a stylishly appointed kitchen, dining room, and living room, making it a wonderful place to prepare meals and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need for culinary adventures. The dining area is perfect for family meals, while the cozy living room offers a great space to relax and unwind.

Guests will appreciate the convenience of the attached 2-car garage, which is fully available for use. Everything was perfect! The host was very welcoming and informative. The condo is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. I was able to make homemade chicken noodle soup and cinnamon rolls for my homesick, college freshman granddaughter. We'll be back!

This was the perfect location to visit our granddaughter at UNC. The home was just as described, very nice, clean and appointed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and meals. The living area was comfortable and roomy enough for the three of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of toweling. Having the garage was great! We will definitely stay again when we are that way.

Cute condo in a great location. Unfortunately, the property was dirty upon arrival. There was trash left in the kitchen trash bin by prior renters, a dried drip of blood on the living room couch (we cleaned with clorox wipes), dirty/stained blankets for the futon in the 2nd bedroom (the futon did not fit my 12 yr old son, it is really the size for a 5 year old or smaller), and dirty/wet towels folded for use under the master bedroom sink (which we ended up washing in the onsite washer/dryer). Floor boards are streaked with black (looks like the cleaning service runs the vacuum across them with no care to clean them afterward). Walls and door panels are stained. It is a beautiful house - just wish it was clean, which it wasn't. For the price point, we were not satisfied with our stay. In face, this was the dirtiest of all VRBO we have stayed in. All concerns were shared with the property management company after we checked-in. We ended up leaving the house a day early rather than staying another night.

Really cool little complex central to everything Greeley has to offer. Modern and updated furnishings, really comfy for our family of 4 to visit grandma and grandpa. Loved having a garage to park the car and store the luggage carrier. Overall, a wonderful stay, we will for sure keep this one in mind for future trips!

This condo was so nice, exactly what we needed for our stay. This condo had so many items included that made our stay effortless. This included anything we needed in the kitchen to laundry soap and plenty of towels. The standard size washer and dryer were nice too.

A Merry Christmas

The condo was beautiful, clean and conveniently located a mile from the extended family’s home. The location is within walking distance of grocery stores and shops so we were able to manage transportation without renting an extra car. It was ideal for our needs.
