Rooms don’t have microwaves.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I didn’t rate it as a five star due to the rooms not having microwaves. We had small children with us and had to go down stairs to use one small microwave, that was the only one for any hotel guest. Also, we were staying there for my granddaughters beauty pageant that week. The trash bins by the elevators, on floor five, remained over flowing with trash for several days. If housing keeping can’t keep up, perhaps management can help to maintain the trash. I understand that it may not be that busy most days but as a Hilton property, I hope they are willing to hire more help if need be, to keep their reputation up.

First we booked a king bedroom and when arriving we get told there is a problem and they oversold they had already taken my money yet said they had no more king bedrooms they gave me a 2 queen for the same price did not try to make it right at all and the last day before checking out we had the cleaning gal walk into our room 15 min before check out to tell us check out was at 12 she did not knock and did not even step out when she saw we where still there she stayed inside and basically kicked us out she was very rude and there no reason she should have been standing in our room telling us to get out bassicly especially when still having 15 min

This hotel was pretty good. The room was not as clean as I would have liked and there were some damages and there were several areas in the room that were missed when housekeeping cleaned it prior to my stay. There was also no free parking which seemed extremely odd to me since they have their own parking lot and it seemed large enough to accommodate all guests.
