Would have gotten a 5 star but the gentleman at the front desk was not friendly nor did he acknowledge me when I arrived for at least 3 minutes. When he did finally help me, he asks "is there something wrong"? I politely said no, i am here to check in. He did NOT make me feel welcomed. Also, the same gentleman came into the pool the 2nd night we were there and was whipping the towels in the bin. Now the woman who did the breakfast bar, was absolutely WONDERFUL! Friendly, smiling, always on top of refilling everything! Never did she make any of us like bother. She was running doing what she does by herself and always had a smile!

I spoke with Natalie on the phone to confirm our arrival, she was the perfect example of what customer service should be!! Super helpful and professional, made sure we had a handicapped accessible room when there had been a mix-up in our reservation. Thanks to her our check-in to a packed hotel went smoothly!! She really came through for us and did so in a very friendly, kind way. She started our trip off with a smile!

This property is very close to Mackinaws restaurant which has really great food and service! I've stayed here quite a few times and it is always clean and friendly staff! It is also close to UWGB for any parents visiting their kids.
