Was not a busy night, put on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. Smell in room was awful! Sprayed with my personal disinfectant, came back 4 hrs later and still had that awful smell! Couldn’t use room phone was out of order😢 desk person moved used to a room across the hall and said the toilet seal was damaged but thought it had been fixed! Very disappointed especially for the over the top room rate, expected more!

The area is up-and-coming waterfront, there is a music venue at the waterfront park you can hear in your room. Lots of traffic noise, but all in all those I was very nice.
