The room was in good condition. Was upset that there was no pool or hot tub and weren't told that at the time of check in...We would've stayed elsewhere if we had known it was closed. Breakfast was also a disappointment

The staff on the day of checkout was very nice and accommodating. The staff member at check in seemed a bit unhappy and a bit short tempered. She seemed bothered that I asked for an extra room key. She told me to go back after five minutes to retrieve it.

no microwave in room or coffee pot, staff says that because its a down grade hotel so you don't get the special amenities. well my credit card didn't show the down grade. I have paid a lot less and got a lot more.
