This spacious 1,000-square-foot, two - bedroom, one bathroom apartment offers stunning sea views and is just steps away from Cocoa Bay Beach.

Designed to highlight the natural splendor of Cocoa Bay, a pristine 1.5-mile stretch of soft sand, this location is ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and family fishing adventures. Multiple porches and sun decks provide breathtaking views of the white sandy beach and sparkling turquoise waters.

Immaculately clean and professionally decorated in an island-inspired style, The Penthouse is the perfect getaway. You'll find an abundance of activities and attractions just minutes away.

A leisurely five-minute walk takes you to the Atlantic Ocean, where you can swim, snorkel, and fish among the vibrant marine life on the world’s third-longest barrier reef, located just 200 feet offshore. Alternatively, hop on a golf cart to explore the island, visiting two nearby resorts and discovering breathtaking beaches, bays, and coves. Beautiful settting in the Bahamas

This upstairs apartment was right on a beautiful "bay" in a very quiet part of Green Turtle Caye. It was well appointed with an incredibly large and comfortable screened-in porch overlooking the water. The communication with the owner/manager was very efficient and timely and made the logistics very easy. I would come back.

Coco Bay Escape

We met family in Green Turtle. We came for the friendly people and beautiful water and beaches and were not disappointed. It would have been useful to have a notebook of various services, shopping destinations and points of interest. We did fine without it. We look forward to returning.unfortunately there was no map to the residence with the paperwork we printed. But we it. From the online photos we thought we would be high up on the side of a hill. I was a beautiful location and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beautiful spot

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the property. The screened porch was so amazing and the view was oustanding. We could walk over when people were feeding the turtles and rays easily. The directions to find the house were not great and the wifi was spotty. Those were the only things we would improve. Lovely spot!

Great Condo Great location

Cant say enough good things about this place. It is on a paved road just steps from Coco Bay (which is teaming with turtles rays and a few nurse sharks... It us just a few minutes from Green Turtle Cay Marina Hotel. It is however about 20 min out of Plymouth town (the main town on the island).. depending on how fast your golf cart is.. my only criticism is they need better directions to get there... our flight was late and there was no one to "Ask" how to get there... Other than that its our new goto spot

We stayed in Lo Key Penthouse after crossing in our boat from Florida to the Bahamas. The house was in the best location with beautiful views of Coco Bay and close to the public dock where we left our boat each evening. We loved the penthouse and especially the porch - enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings with a glass of wine. The property manager was super quick to respond to all questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful villa in a great location!

My husband and I had a fantastic 10 night stay at Lo Key villa! It is located directly across the street from Coco Bay where we swam with turtles! The villa has a screened in porch that we enjoyed relaxing on! Perfect spot for a romantic getaway! We hope to go back VERY soon!

Poorly Thought Through Arrival Info

We were told by the property owner that the golf cart rental people would give us directions to the apartment. Unfortunately the rental agency was closed & simply left a cart with our name on it with the keys. So we wandered around unnecessarily until we a kind soul on the road showed us the location. The directions are so simple, they could have been emailed to us. To wit: Exit the rental location and turn left. Take the left at the end of the road & folow the road until the beach is on your right. Your apartment is across the street. About a week before our rental the owner told us there would be construction & offered us our money back. This was a birthday celebration & we had our airline tix, so that didn't work. He then told us he pushed the construction back with the contractor until our departure date. He didn't tell us he was going to be doing construction during most of our stay & the contractor was there the day before we left & kept turning the power off, so we had no fans, wifi, cooking, lights, etc.

The penthouse was perfect!

Everything lived up to our expectations. The porch was a little bit of heaven. The bed was comfy. The big sofa was great for relaxing. The location on Coco Bay was perfect...the bay had a wonderful beach for long walks & good bone fishing. Rent a golf cart & go adventuring.
