Very dated, not very clean. The breakfast was ok but did not have all that was advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little cheaper than most so in all, it was a place to sleep and shower so I would give it a 3.

To be honest I would have given a better review head the room I was inhad not been right above their laundry room and every time they did laundry for the day you could hear the pipes rattling in the room which would wake me up.

Waited at the desk for 15 minutes to check in before the front desk clerk got back on fixing a shower head in another room. The lower level had a very strong smoke smell and once we got to our room, it had a very strong stale, musty smell. The exterior window was clouded, we found French fries left from the previous room occupants, the cable box was unplugged, the nightstand light wouldn’t stay plugged in because the ground plug was broken off, there weren’t enough outlets in the room to have all of the lamps, clocks, and cable box plugged in at the same time, the shampoo dispenser was empty, and there were lumps of something stuck to our sheets. I’m glad we were only staying for a quick overnight!

Bed wasn't comfortable...needs bit of an update..breakfast second morning was no meat..set and waited 30.mins thought maybe they put some out they put more eggs out no sausage or bacon like morning before..pool was fairly warm..all in all was ok visit for the price

The pullout couch was so bad that it was more comfortable for our son to sleep on the floor. The lighting in the room was excessively dim. The hallways were smelly and unventilated. The elliptical in the fitness room was broken. Only one of the four lightbulbs in the bathroom worked, and it flashed on and off. We tried to take a bath in the evening but there was no hot water. The place stunk like smoke because smokers would just pay the fine and smoke all they wanted. The staff complained about how badly the place was run, and she told us she was retiring because of it. There were lights out in the hallways and the elevator. The elevator made an unusual noise. Kevin, who worked at the front desk, was very kind and assured us that we would be receiving a discount. There were cheap wooden eating utensils.

This hotel was old, room was dirty. Cob web in bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Main door, could see hall around door and wall. They did have clean sheets. Won't stay there again or recommend this place in Lawrenceburg

Booked this property by mistake. Hotel and room were ok, breakfast was good. Sheets and blanket had burn holes. I will admit that we felt the need to check for bed bugs. No bugs! We had Do Not Disturb flag on door but they still came in and emptied the trash and changed out towels. We were not fond of that. Burger King within a few feet for a quick bite if needed.

Equal Value

This was a cheaper stay than most hotels in the area. Their staff was great and a good continental breakfast. The room was not as clean and had an odor. However, they accommodated us. I appreciate what we got for what we paid.

Property was nice. not great, but nice. Took about 10 minutes to get a response for checking in even after following the bulliton on the counter to "pick up reciever on the right to get assistance. Similar situation w/check out but not as long. Couldnt find ant tv guide for channel selection and toilet seat was looose.

We enjoyed the Hot breakfast and easy access from hwy. 50. Our favorite was the heated swimming pool. That was the warmest, most relaxing hotel pool we've ever been in!

Heather at the front desk is such a sweet genuine good hearted person. I’m a single Mom traveling with a 3 yr old little girl and she made us feel right at home, like I was staying with family. Next time I’m in town and need a place to stay I will return.
