The lady at the front desk was super sweet to my 3 year old. We couldn't find the remote, so she gave us another one and when she came to the room to program it to the tv, she brought my little some bluey body wash so that he could take a bubble bath. She was also very sweet in that, when she came into the room, he ran up to her and wanted picked up. She didnt miss a beat. Scooped him up like shes been doin it his whole life. The pool was warm and little man had a great time swimming as well. The room was nice. Huge bed and a pull out sofa for the little.
It was so dirty. We ended up with bed dug bites, I had to fix the TV & toilet. Everything with metal in the room was rusted. Lights were not working, hair in the bathtub, toilet was gross, holes in the closet wall, no iron. The entire 2nd floor smelled like weed & a lot of dogs barking through the night. Smoke detector blinked brightly all night long. We requested a refund for our 2nd night b/c it was so nasty & we were going somewhere else & they told me the room was clean & newly renovated so no refund would be given. They said it was hotel.com issue to give us the refund & hotels.com said they couldn’t help either.
We were given a room that someone was staying in! Said there was just one house keeper and they were booked? Doesn't make sense! There was a hlaf eaten roll of cookie dough in the fridge, the shampoo was empty, the tub didnt drain until the next morning and the beds are hard as a rock!

Everything seemed ok aside from
the noise from other guests and dogs barking.
Everything was great very easy checkin convient to alot of places the slopes are just 12 min away which was an amszing perk. The breakfast was amazing the staff was exceptional specially the lady that catches and I believe her name was Heather she did a very good job very prepared for and very polite very fulfilling on all information that we had gave us a great place to go eat dinner I'm definitely be back again
It’s as if this hotel has been forgotten by corporate as it pertains to maintenance. We stayed in room 209. Our window was literally broken, gaping hole to the outside. We asked for tape at the front desk to which they provided and we taped over the hole which blocked the traffic sound and cold wind. Our light above our sink was out, Huge cracks along the walls along. Our phone did not work. The TV is very grainy. In terms of paint, it needs to be touched up every where. There were stains on the curtains. The water pressure was awful on the second floor. Our son’s room’s door lock did not work unless it was slammed shut. The list goes on and on. I am writing this review in hopes that it helps management have a voice to corporate that this hotel is going downhill quickly, but with minor changes could be saved.
There were no bed bugs and breakfast was fine. All of the receptionists were nice and welcoming.

Room was disgusting, mold in the bathroom, cobwebs hanging from the ceiling that looked very old. Curtains had holes in them and wouldn't close letting a parking lot spotlight beam in the room
