Great property! Perfect Location Location Location!

I started at the property during High Point Market and I couldn’t imagine a more convenient location! It is no more than a 5 minute drive to the downtown area and 5 minute drive to the best restaurants ( Blue Ocean Grill and Lulu & Blu) Neighborhood was very quiet during my stay. They property is clean and has all you need for a comfy stay. I will stay there again for sure!

Three night stay for Family Weekend at HPU. Light, open and airy, plenty of space for 6 people to sleep. We were only three. Great having access to a fully stocked kitchen, an washer/dryer. Rajan response is fast, and he was very helpful. This was our second stay, would stay again§,

Super Cute Cottage

The cottage is very cute and comfortable. The upstairs main bedroom and bath are spacious and well appointed. The other two downstairs bedrooms are equally cozy. Nice dining area, small kitchen with a great stove! The cottage is close to HPU, Oak Hollow Lake, and plenty of shopping. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute House

Great house for what we needed. Convenient to HPU and restaurants and markets and stores. We did a lot of cooking and kitchen was a little challenging for cooking most meals. Theres not enough counter space. We would stay there again and Rajan was a super responsive host, even following up on a smoke detector issue that turned out to be the dishwasher (user error) ha.

High Point University Visit

The location is perfect if you are visiting HPU. The house was very clean and everything inside is newly finished. Any questions the we had were answered immediately by the owner. Better than staying at a hotel if you are looking to stay in the High Point area.

Lovely Home!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable and the house was well appointed. So close to HPU campus, was easy for us to see our student. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Even came over to change the lightbulbs that had gone out. We can wait to return! Stacy

Great stay

Rajan is a great communicator which carries over into the home. Perfect location which allowed my HPU daughter to stop by for mother-daughter time but still be able to hang out with her friends. Love the decorations and cleanliness and will definitely stay again.

Updated charm near HPU

We came on a visit with my son to interview with High Point University. This house was in the perfect location. Walking distance to HPU and convenient to anything you need. House was clean and comfy and cute as a button. Neighborhood was quiet. Rajan was a great host and answered all questions quickly. Will definitely rent again when we come to the area!

The house was perfect for our family to come and visit for Thanksgiving. The upstairs (bathroom especially) didn't appear to have been cleaned before we got there, but everything else was great. Would stay here again - thank you!

Wonderful House

This was a perfect transaction from start to finish! Immaculately kept, charming house with plenty of character and amenities. Ample room for our family of five. Comfortable and welcoming- this house has everything one needs for a short or long stay!
