A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. There's an onsite business center. A terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden are also featured at Dailey Renewal Retreat Bed & Breakfast. Self parking is free.
This 3-star Greensboro bed & breakfast is smoke free.
The cottage was comfortable, quiet, clean, and a pleasant place to relax at the end of the day. Booking (as well arrival/departure) was easy and Jean was pleasant and accommodating. The outdoor area is lovely as well.
It was clean and very peaceful. I didn't have a car and was able to walk to good restaurants and stores. My bed was also very comfortable and Jean was very welcoming
The stay was perfect - safe, quiet, clean, everything we needed was there or in a short distance from there. We will definitely stay again if in the area.
We had a lovely stay at this house, it was quaint and historic, with a wonderful hostess. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and coffee, and slept very well and comfortably. Thanks for making our trip so pleasant, we will return and recommend this property highly!
Too many rules concerning shoes and socks the shower very difficult to get in and out of and it was shared room very small no coffee or beverage service. Very difficult to use computer in the room no space There are better choices in Greensboro.
Jean is a great host. Very hospitable and informative. Her communications prior to arrival were prompt and clear. Street parking directly in front of the house is no problem since it's a neighborhood with large lots. The house is very clean and her fresh cooked breakfast was delicious.
We loved the home-cooked breakfasts. The amiable owner lived in the same building. The decor of this cute Victorian-era home is in keeping with the style of that period.
There were many rules, such as shoes being off at the front door because the carpets were white.
The house is old, so it is no wonder that the stairs were leaning and the floors had significant dips.
There are 20 stairs to get to the bedrooms.
All bathrooms are in the hallway.
I would not recommend this B&B to people with mobility or walking issues.
There was no lock to secure our bedroom door and personal belongings when we were absent.
All in all, it was a quaint and quiet little place. There are some issues, but they can easily be resolved. Well, most of them. The stairs and floors are a major undertaking.
We liked it enough to recommend it, but I won't be going back because I have issues walking up and down the stairs.
The owner Jean was so accommodating and super friendly. The breakfast was awesome and the company was very entertaining. I would highly recommend making this a stop if you are in the Greensboro area. It was such a memorable stop on our way to Mrytle Beach. We will be back.
I spent two wonderful days in the Dailey Renewal Retreat. The room is clean, and the environment is pretty good. Jean is a wonderful innkeeper. I will recommend this B&B to my friends if they travel to Greensboro in the future.
We had a very pleasant stay at this B & B. The guest house and home were charming. The owner/hostess made us feel welcome.
We would definitely stay again if in the area.
