The room was great. The hotel is stunning during the holidays. Pool area was amazing. Restaurant needs more practical choices but was delicious regardless, but we really just wanted a burger. Would absolutely stay here again.

This golf resort is beautiful, but the customer service was disappointing. Weeks before our stay, I told a resort specialist we were celebrating our 5-year anniversary and was offered complementary champagne and truffles. At check-in, nothing was provided, and when we asked, we were told we could get them only if we paid. Management never followed up. On top of that, we couldn’t adjust the room temperature, making it hot and uncomfortable, and the only solution offered was a box fan. For a resort at this price point, this level of service and lack of follow-through is unacceptable.
