Welcome to 234 Martin Luther King Jr Drive, a luxurious townhome located in the heart of Greensboro - within walking distance to Greensboro's most desired attractions! The townhome is a short walk away from Dames Chicken and Waffles, as well as Natty Greens and various other fabulous restaurants and breweries and pastry shops. Less than a mile from the townhome is the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing arts as well as James Beard Award winning restaurant Machete. This spacious and modern property features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it the perfect fit for families, groups of friends, or couples looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.

Beautiful townhouse in very walkable spot

Check-in was smooth via code entry. The property was clean spacious and well styled. Right next to Elm Street with walking access to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It's also right next to the train station so you will hear the occasional train coming through.

This VRBO was absolutely stunning! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated everything was. This property is a beautiful and comfortable home. We truly enjoyed our New Years eve getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. The one downside is that it is close to train tracks. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. But we enjoyed the it so much that we will be considering staying here again for future trips to Greensboro.

Good find in Greensboro

Some have mentioned the train in other reviews. I found it to be a very city vibe and it didn’t bother me. Bring a white sound machine if you don’t like city sounds. Walking distance to so many restaurants, cafes, art gallery and shops. Super artsy, unique little side of town. Of course they had everything we could possibly need. I drive a Yukon XL and parked there with a little mindfulness. Other reviews mentioned the parking. We just backed in to make it easier. It’s snug but not impossible with one car. They had all memory foam pillows so if you don’t like that, bring your own. Beautiful place. You will be satisfied.

Train blowing horns = impossible to sleep.

The condo is beautiful but the train blowing its horn all through the night was aweful. Unfortunately the first 10 reviews I read didn't mentioned the blowing train horn. Even with ear plugs it didn't make a difference. The jacuzzi did not work and the thermostat was broken up stairs stuck on 73 which we normally sleep at 68. It was not a good experience so we left early. The owner was out of the country so response were delayed. Keep in mind the parking is really only suitable for one small car and difficult if you have a larger suv.

Beautiful Space

I can’t begin to explain just how lovely this home is and how perfect it was for our family gathering to celebrate the engagement of my daughter and her future husband. The specious open for plan allowed all of us to gather together and the state of the art kitchen was absolutely fantastic. The master suite was incredible with its separate sitting area complete with fireplace and two comfy chairs to sit and read while enjoying the fire . We love every second of our stay and cannot wait to book again the next time we are in Greensboro !
