The outside property was fine. The carpet inside of the motel needs to be cleaned it was dirty. Staff needs to be more friendly. Our room was clean.

The hotel could definitely be cleaner. Some of the towels were dingy and had stains. Another issue for two days we had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. The gentleman at the from desk let us know because they were doing laundry for the hotel there was no hot water and we needed to let it run 10 minutes. We did that and still no hot water and we were not compensated!!

Over the last few years i have really seen the hotel decline. I stay here every 2 weeks so ive noticed consistent issues. The stairwells have hiles that have been patched and not repainted (over 1 year old) the carpets are nasty. Ive noticed on the outsode, the window screens are literally shredded. On the inside the bath towels and wash cloths are ALWAYS stained and dingy. Its kinda gross. I have stayed in several rooms and the showers always have terrible pressure and in most cases more water comes out the spout than the shower head. They need new diverters. On my last trip last night, i noticed their sanitation score has also dropped to an 85%. Tthe hotel is in apparent financial decline or the ownership is just pocketing all the proceeds. When im there the parking lot is always full so i know they are making money.

Unexpectedly needed a place to stay after 11pm, and a long drive. The exterior is clean and tidy. The desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was non-smoking but the entire floor smelled like fresh smoke, (of multiple variety) and the room very strongly smelled like old stale smoke, causing me a headache. The stench stuck on all my belongings & hair long after check out. The toilet seat had burn marks and there was only one towel for two guest. Housekeeping missed a few things in the room like a glob of something on the dresser, and packaging waste from previous guest in multiple places. I did stay with a dog as they are pet friendly place, and it was quiet. Location is good for the events within the city. Had I not been exhausted, and already inconvenienced I would not have stayed there.
