While the property was adequate in one sense, there is certainly room for improvements. Having coded locks on the outside of each interior bedroom door was an unusual experience in all my years of renting. Why is this necessary? Many kitchen and bathroom towels/washcloths were frayed, bleach spotted. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, and the one kitchen towel supplied was stained and ready for the rag bag. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The coffee maker was dirty and required washing before we could use it. Sharp kitchen knives had been put away dirty. The glass stove top could use a good cleaning. Common soft scrub cleaning products would do the job. The beds were generally comfortable, but in bedroom one there was no top sheet. It was nice having ceiling fans, but we did not have control of the AC thermostat. There was no phone number provided to get directly in touch with the owner to trouble shoot, and we had to call the property manager, who then called the owner when the bedroom door codes did not work. Not my best short term rental experience.

Not up to VRBO standards

I was disappointed with this property. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one did not meet VRBO standards. House was not clean. Bedding did not feel clean. Bath mats were soaking wet. Towels smelled of smoke. Lights (overhead and lamp) did not work in one of the bedrooms. Food was left in the fridge and food remains were still in the sink. Dishes were still out from a previous occupant. We did not end up staying for the entire time we had booked. We only stayed one night and then found other accomdations for the remainder of our time in Greensboro.

Greensboro Visit

Our stay at this property was just what we were looking for. The host was VERY responsive and made the overall experience easy. We were given the check in instructions the morning of our arrival and everything went smoothly. The listing was exactly as advertised and has everything needed for 5 friends hanging out and enjoying some ACC basketball in Greensboro. The home itself was nothing fancy but we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and convenient. Our only suggestions would be sheets for the pull out couch/extra blankets, some extra trash bags and extra toilet paper. Overall had a great time

this property was dirty and had roaches with spiders in the inside of the property. Do not recommen

The stay was terrible from the begining and the VRBO staff did not provide good assistance. We did not stay in the property but left to find other accomodations. The proerty was not as advertised . It had locks on bedroom doors. The bedding and linen were gross looking like they had not been cleaned in months. The towels were not sufficient for the number of guest and the size was for an infant not adult. The air conditioning and locks were remotly controlled by the owner and there were camerason the porch. I have never been to a place sooo terrible. Last on the instruction on the property it was a note to do not open the door to anyone that you do not know. A true indication that the neighborhood was unsafe. It is not a family friendly location. Do not book. I am going to be working to get my payment refunded!!
