I was disappointed at check in. I wasn't asked if I was a member. I wasn't told the breakfast times. But most importantly I was not advised that the pool was closed. Then at 6 am the next morning I was alerted to an additional charge from my credit card company. I had to go to front desk to dispute, still watching to be sure it's corrected.

Room was great. Staff was nice. Pool was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Was hoping for waffles but they didn’t have a waffle maker. Sofa couch mattress was very thin. It like I was sleeping on the floor and the floor had springs. We loved the the place. All ready recommended to other people.

HORRIBLE STAY

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was unacceptable. We arrived late and immediately noticed red flags—stains on the tile floor, and a used soap bar still sitting in the dish from the previous guest. Things only got worse from there. The sheets on the bed appeared to have already been slept in, and the bathroom was nearly unusable: the shower didn’t drain, the toilet ran constantly, the light didn’t work, and several cabinets were literally hanging off the hinges. To make matters worse, our suite was supposed to include two beds in one of the rooms, but only had one. We asked staff three separate times to have the manager contact us, and never heard a word back. This was one of the most poorly maintained and poorly managed stays I’ve ever had. I hope the hotel addresses these issues, but based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Do not recommend this particular hotel

Room was very hot when we got there. The front desk said the air is motion activated and it would it cook off. It was 72 degrees and didn’t cook off. Had to fuss to get them to offer to move us to two separate rooms because they didn’t have any 2 bedroom suites left. But the rooms were not together so we suffered in the hot room. The hotel offered us $25 off the room.

Overall my stay was excellent loved the size of the room staff was very nice. My only con was the fact that the bedroom I slept in was super hot and I couldn’t sleep I’m a very hot natured person . I tried calling the front desk but couldn’t get anyone. But other than that my stay was Awesome!!!
