With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, and a huge backyard for your pets, we are the perfect jump off point for exploring Greenville!

Whether you're looking for the city life or a drive into the mountains, we've got you covered at Margaret's Place!

Welcome to Margaret’s Place! We are centrally located between all Greenville has to offer while also bordering what Greenville likes to call the “entryway into the mountains!” Want to explore the mountains on a hike for the day? You’ll be there in no time. Finish off the day with a decadent dinner on the downtown city streets of Greenville? No problem. You can find adventure and relaxation all within a short drive from Margaret’s Place.

Parking can be found on our private driveway or on the neighborhood street. Once inside you will find:

-Living Room-
As you enter the front door, you will find yourself in the living room; perfect for chatting with those you love. It includes a sofa, 2 mid century modern chairs, an area rug, 2 side tables, one standing lamp, one table lamp, a side table with a guest journal and a Smart TV (no cable, guests login to their own streaming services).

-Dining Room-
Right off of the living room, you’ll find yourself in the dining room. Join in a homemade meal around a table for 6 (4 chairs, one bench)

-Kitchen-
Straight ahead, you will find yourself in the kitchen. While the kitchen may be small, it is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, spices, oil, salt, pepper, and much more to make cooking a breeze. As you walk around you’ll find a section of the counter top fully equipped with a coffee station. The coffee station has a Keurig, K-cups, creamer, and sugar. The kitchen also has a microwave, stove top, tea kettle, and toaster.

-Hallway-
If you wander the opposite direction from the kitchen, you’ll find yourself in a hallway that connects both bedrooms, the bathroom and the dining room. We want to make special note of this space because it houses the washer and dryer that you are welcome to utilize.

-Master Bedroom-
Walk down the hallway, and you’ll find the master bedroom. You will find a king size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps and a smart TV.

-Shared Bathroom-
When you exit the master bedroom, you’ll find a shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and toilet.

-Double Full Room-
Exiting the bathroom to your right, you will enter the double full bedroom. This room has 2 full beds, 1 nightstand and 1 small reading lamp. A tapestry hangs on the opposing wall for decoration.


-Outdoor Space-
What better way to spend a southern evening than sitting in a rocking chair on your front porch? That’s right, nothing! Soak in the day on one of our two rocking chairs with cushions on Margaret’s front porch.

Margaret’s Place also has a wide open backyard space. You’ll find a grill and 2 Adirondack chairs to relax on and take in the day.

I am only a message away if needed, and respond very quickly to requests. When not needed, I leave my guests alone to enjoy their trip :)

We are located in a neighborhood 4 miles from Downtown. While the neighborhood itself is walkable, you will need a car to get around the town. We recommend either renting a car or utilizing Uber and Lyft for a night out on the town.

Public transportation in Greenville still isn't quite up to snuff-- we recommend bringing your own car or renting. Uber and Lyft are both great options for a responsible night on the town, and are inexpensive from this location.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with the router, smart lock, or ring doorbell.
