House is at looks on VRBO. Modern upgrades, clean, cozy and welcoming. Stocked kitchen and bath with the little extras (shampoo, soap, TP, Paper towels, baggies, foil etc) made it so easy and feel like home away from home.

This bungalow has been totally remodeled and is very beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. We enjoyed the fire table and grilling area. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. This home is 1 1/2 miles from downtown Greenville.

Perfect stay-best VRBO experience

This beautiful property had everything, and more, that our family needed. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, sister-in-law, and our two adult kids to spend time together. The house was sparkling clean, beds were comfortable with extra blankets, and the thermostat was adjustable for our preference. The two separate outdoor spaces overlook a large yard with a creek, creating a sense of privacy. The host was prompt in responding to any questions that we had and provided us with the best VRBO experience yet!

Roomy, clean great for groups

A few friends and I stayed at this property when we are in town and it was really great for a group. Very clean and the description is spot on. Not walkable to downtown but you can walk to a creamery and a delicious breakfast spot. Host was fantastic and the property was well stocked!

We did a quick getaway for fall break. The home is lovely and included all the comforts of home including spices, snacks and toiletry items. It is tastefully decorated with outdoor space to relax. Proximity to town was appreciated! I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience

To sum up our overall experience: It was amazing, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend some time near downtown Greenville. It is quite literally only a 5 minute drive to/from downtown. The property is kept up extremely well. It was very clean and tidy when we entered. The host also left a cute welcome basket for us, as well as a binder with things to do while we were in town. Our check-in process was seamless, and the host always responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a very quiet neighborhood, so this is perfect for adults or families looking to be near downtown without being in it.

Great Property for a long weekend

Property was perfect for a long weekend trip, meeting friends in a new city. Located close to downtown and just about everything you want to do in Greenville. House was also perfect for 2 families with three kids, including two under two - had a crib and day bed! Host was responsive & considerate. One of the most thoughtfully laid out and furnished places we’ve stayed.
