Minut decibel monitoring device will be on and used to monitor noise levels and number of devices connected to the WIFI to prevent parties (located in entryway between kitchen and dining area). This device also monitors apartment temperature levels, humidity levels, and mold risk to protect the property. *This is NOT and audio or video recording device.*

The Neighborhood:
The Historical West End of downtown Greenville, SC is the new up and coming area with loads of new condos, restaurants and is the known hot spot for the downtown arts and entertainment scene.

Fluor Field is the home of the Greenville Drive, a minor league affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. The baseball field is in the middle of the highly desired, Historical West End; so is Falls Park on the Reedy! The Peace Center, Warehouse Theater, Reedy River Amphitheater, Shoeless Joe Museum and Statue, and the Children's Garden at Linky Stone Park are just a few of the attractions among many restaurants and shops and art venues. Even more are in the process of being built and in planning stages! West End Restaurants are a highly popular place for Greenville residents to come and relax after the work week. The West End Greenville Attractions are one of the main reasons Greenville is so popular.

The West End's history began in the 1830's, However the establishment of Furman University and the Greenville Colombian Railroad, which happened in the 1850's, is what originally brought commercial and residential growth to this area. Many things changed over the course of the past 150+ years. The West End thrived through cotton and fertilizer warehouses and supporting industries after the Civil War.

In the 1930's the industry switched from cotton and fertilizer to soft drink manufacturing and with the growth of the automobile, many businesses geared towards auto sales and repairs thrived.

In the 2010's the West End has gone through a major revitalization. Everywhere you look new buildings are going up, new business is flooding in and the things to do are never ending!

Getting Around:
It’s as easy to get around in Greenville as it is to get here in the first place. Arrive by car, plane, trolley, train or bus—you’ve got a lot of options! Once you’re here, you can get around by car, taxi, public transportation or even a bicycle; this is Share The Road country, and we’re happy to do it! The best way to get around Greenville is on foot, by bike or by hopping on the free trolley, which runs year-round Thursday through Sunday. Greenville is easily accessible by car from Interstate 85, which runs right through the city; Just pick the exit that takes you where you want to be first! The Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) welcomes flights from five major carriers. GSP International Airport plays host to five major carriers and waves goodbye to more than 49 non-stop departing flights each day. While there are several car rental services (including Hertz, Budget and Avis) and one taxi company that provide transportation to and from the airport, taxi service in the city itself is limited. Rideshare services like Lyft are also available.
