Great location and breakfast. Hotel is tired and needs to be updated. Signage and welcome/intro to where things are, is terrible. Had to ask where parking is, what time breakfast is offered, where to buy water, etc.

From the beginning to the end it was a pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly. We liked the breakfast and happy hour offered. Location is convenient and walkable. We look forward to our next visit.

We really liked the manager's reception, and the lobby is really nice. We were supposedly "upgraded" to a balcony room, but they put us in an accessible room without telling us first, which may be more convenient for someone with a disability, but isn't as nice and is less convenient for us. The balcony was over a loud AC unit, so we couldn't enjoy it anyway, and the room was a little beat up. We stayed here four years ago and thought it was really nice, so we were disappointed by the downturn. It wasn't terrible, but wasn't great either.
