Everything you want during your stay is within a pedestrian-friendly walking distance such as shopping, street-side dining, and loads of entertainment. This area will have you charmed being in the heart of Falls Park with the breezes of Reedy River Falls throughout the shade of its lush green-ways.
The space
You will love the awesome location! This area is shady and breezy with wide sidewalks making it a pleasant stroll to see and do whatever you want — riverfront gardens, waterfall views, nature walks, coffee shops, breakfast spots, breweries, and eateries on the water — all a part of a good, downtown vibe with live music and artistic venues. Like to shop? Come on down. Or in town on business? It won’t feel like work in this town! And after it all, relax in one of our stylish, contemporary condos which feature large kitchen, complimentary wifi, widescreen smart TVs, and more. Other things to note
There are digital locks to enter the building as well as digital codes to enter each unit. This unit has skylights for windows as opposed to traditional windows. Parking: There is one complimentary parking pass for a reserved parking space in the onsite parking lot. We suggest for guests that have an additional vehicle to park it within walking distance at the Embassy Suites parking garage or the Hall's Chophouse parking deck. These both are operated by the City of Greenville with the rate being $7.24 for 24 hours. Furthermore, street-side parking near the condo is subject to availability and free on weekends.

Location was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The apartment was perfect for a long weekend staycation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare some meals “at home.” The location was perfect for us to be able to walk to all our favorite downtown hangouts.

Great Location

Parking was great and we never used our car once we arrived. Awesome location. Coral Greenville Restaurant was right downstairs. Cozy little coffee shop just a few doors away. Very close to the falls. We walked everywhere.

Greenville weekend on Main Street

Perfect location. The mattress was too soft. Also, like a king size bed better. Overall, it’s an awesome location and it was a nice condo. It was a good value for all the amenities.

Nice location and Accommodations

We have traveled to Greenville for over 30 years. Staying at 4 star hotels and other highly rated rentals, but this by far has been the best accommodations and location that we have rented. The apartment was beautiful and the location was prefect for experiencing downtown Greenville and the parks. Park and enjoy! Our host, John was very responsive in addressing my questions. His instructions for check-in and out were spot on. Also affordable for amenities and location. We recommend 100.

Downtown Greenville Gem

This one-bedroom condo was perfect for our stay in Greenville. Its location was ideal, as we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go in the downtown area. Parking was easily available and accessible behind the unit. The condo itself was well appointed with absolutely everything we might have needed for our stay. As well, it was a quiet unit with a spacious living area, a comfortable bed, and a big bathroom. We enjoyed our stay in Greenville and look forward to returning before too long!

A more personal touch would have been nice

The property itself was very nice. John, the contact person made sure to let us know that the checkout time would not be changed and that there would be a fine if the parking pass wasn't left, but when I indicated that this was a getaway for my daughter whose house had been destroyed in Asheville by Hurricane Helene, there was not one word of kindness, sympathy or concern. This place isn't cheap and a little more of a personal touch would have been nice. Sometimes in the rush to collect those fees and costs, I think people forget that they're dealing with human beings.

Perfect for a Downtown Visit!

This property is as advertised. It’s very clean and in a great location! The property manager answers questions almost immediately. The directions are easy to understand and a huge bonus is a parking space right in the back of the property. I would highly recommend this condo!
