As a guest of Mint House Greenville - Downtown, you'll find a 24-hour fitness center, laundry facilities, and express check-in. The front desk is open around the clock.
I feel like it was very good if you are staying one night, walls are super thin and you hear everything! The check in was super confusing and was waiting 45 min talking to representatives on access code due to them not having a front desk.
This stay was better than expected! We absolutely loved the location and the apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. The instructions were clear so getting in and out was easy, and it was worth it to pay for the parking (only $10) and be able to park right downstairs. It is summer, so probably not the busiest, but there were plenty of parking spots available. We really appreciated the bottles of water, snacks, ear plugs, etc. (PS we did not use the ear plugs and found the apartment very quiet). We had plenty of towels which isnât typical when traveling with 5 people. The attention to detail was nice and we would 100% stay here again! Thank you!!
One of the best experiences we have had. The apartment was gorgeous and very affordable. Local nightlife and restaurants all within walking distance. Would stay here 10 out of 10 times. Look forward to being back in Greenville.
This is the second time I've stayed and will recommend any out of town guests stay. It's nice feeling you have your own space & not a hotel room. You have a full kitchen, living & small dining space in the two bedroom. It's for people more independent in their traveling as there is no one that is onsite. I had to switch to a hotel due to no availability when I wanted to extend my stay in Greenville & was really bummed.
Beds were comfortable and very convenient to main street. The note so good includes...The place did not note parking wasn't included till after you book it, the place lacked adequate amount of towels for 4 adults, the pocket door to bathroom didn't lock from master bedroom, there were drink rings that were sticky next to master bed (wasn't clean), crumbs under the small dining table (wasn't swept/cleaned) plus the seating was for 3 people, the blinds in livingroom were missing a couple of slats and no chain to move them...we were on the 2 floor facing the street (hilly street), so people could see in. Won't stay there again.
The check in process was a mess. We were told we did not pay for our stay and needed to call Expedia. I had the credit card statement showing our payment. We got a later call from mint house saying they were wrong after we were on the phone with Expedia over an hour. I had to fill out the background check twice before it worked and we were standing at the door by the time we got the code. We were on the phone 6-7 times trying to figure out the check inâŠ. The place had quite a few minor issues. Overall pretty clean. Way too much hassle to check in.
This place has to be one of the best and most affordable places to stay in downtown Greenville! It was the perfect location and stay for our family of 4. We will be back the next time weâre in Greenville!
