The hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and accessibility around the courtyard. However, valet parking was not the best considering the amount of space to park in the front and when requesting your vehicle you’re not given an estimate time when the vehicle will be ready. Besides that it was overall a good stay! I will choose them again

I have stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are very nice and it is very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. The restaurant and breakfast are very good.

I was shocked that the front desk had zero efforts in making our stay a good one when I notified them about the TV not working. There was no apology or effort made-one guy blamed housekeeping (how is this their fault?) and the other guy said they would have to fix it later…..The valet was backed up and we had issues getting in….. the bathroom was not stocked properly. I expect more for what we paid for this room
