Speedy check-in with courteous staff, very clean rooms. Beautiful Christmas decorations, very convenient to the Peace Center and all things downtown.

Horrible experience. They had multiple Christmas parties at the hotel. Parking was full with people attending the parties rather than staying at the hotel. Took me 45 minutes to park. Valet was not an option as it was backed up into the street. Then I was double charged for parking. What a joke for a high end hotel.

Nice looking hotel, front desk staff check in was outstanding. The desk staff on the check out could have smiled more seemed shy. The fitness center was clean and great view of downtown. All in all a pleasant stay.
