Never again! Sadly!

I booked this hotel for my son and his friends for several reasons including cleanliness, safety and the fact that it stated that the check in age is 18. They went down for a race weekend. Well even though it says in clear black and white on hotels.com check in age 18 they would not let my 19 year old son check in. You lost my future business!! Not a good feeling knowing my child has no where to sleep after I already paid for the room in full and sent proof of what is stated online!

The Very Fair Staff was not a good one at all. I've been with Fairfield Reservation back to back for upto 2 weeks. This fairlady i mentioned refused to check me out at least 1pm and was rude about it. She was so unprofessional. I am a Member of Marriott & was treated in that manner. Unfortunately, will not be in Fairfield inn & suites Stockbridge Atlanta again. The Hotel is not even cheap. The bathroom sink under the curve part needs more cleaning. Some housekeepers are not friendly at all.
