A lovely 2-room apartment in a private residence close to the center of Port Grimaud 1.
It is located on the 1st floor and is composed as follows:
- a living-room with a sofa bed (140cm) with a very good mattress, a kitchenette (washin-machine, Nespresso coffee-machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, firdge with a freezer), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with toilets.
LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED
A/C in the living-room, WIFI
On the canal side, a large sunny balcony perfect to have lunch under the sun with a wonderful view on the boats and the canal.

The residence is closed by a gate.
The beach is 500m far from the apartment and the center is only 5-minute away by walk.
The bakery is about 2-minute far by walk.
Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles during the summer to go by boat to the center or to one of the beaches of Port Grimaud. (the station is next to the apartment)
Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (water activities, gulf, spa, amusement park...)
Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...

Delightful apartment, well situated for the town centre and beach and newly renovated. Has everything you need for the perfect stay in Port Grimaud. Check-in/ support through the stay very efficient and easy to access.
