The holiday apartment Boven is located in Großefehn-Timmel, just a few hundred meters from the harbor and the beach. The 2-storey accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, heating, a smart TV with streaming services, a DVD player, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.



The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a balcony. The location is ideal for trips to the North Sea, Emden, or Norden. A supermarket and the beach are nearby, just 400 meters away. There is also a beach club, a playground, a dog beach, and various cafés and restaurants.
