Das Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Umfeld verwahrlost. Bauschutt liegt herum, alte platte Fahrräder am verrosteten Aufgang, der zudem keine richtige Kopfhöhe hat. Das Appartment sauber, Schlafzimmer beengt, Stehlampe ohne Funktion.
