☛ The house is located in a gated community. Before going to the house, you will need to purchase a gate access card at the main gate entrance to Pine Mountain Lake (located at 19256 Pine Mountain Drive). The weekly fee is $50 per vehicle. This will also provide you access to all Pine Mountain Lake Amenities.

★ GENERAL RULES ★

☛ No smoking anywhere on the property
☛ No parties or events – enjoy a peaceful stay
☛ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM – please respect neighbors
☛ No shoes indoors – help us keep the space clean
☛ Primary guest must be 25+ to book

★ PETS ★

☛ Dog-friendly – up to 2 dogs allowed ($100 per pet fee)
☛ Dogs must be leashed when outside
☛ Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds
☛ Dogs may not be left unattended at the property
☛ Please clean up after your pets – waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately

★ LOCAL / HOA RULES ★

☛ Located in a gated community – all guests must be registered in advance
☛ The HOA does not allow guests to launch personal boats or kayaks on Pine Mountain Lake. However, boat and kayak rentals are available at the Pine Mountain Lake Marina during the summer season.
☛ Due to limited parking, the HOA does not allow guests to park at the Marina on Fridays, weekends, and holidays during the summer season. However, guests can park at the Lake Lodge, Dunn Court Beach, and Fisherman’s Cove, and take a free water taxi to and from the Marina during those times.
☛ Community pool is only open during the summer season.
