Google maps will direct you to turn left rather than right where there is a different small hotel. Visitors upstairs were loud close to midnight shout-talking and opening and closing doors loudly, and it probably was more noticeable due to thin walls/ceiling noise. They might have been just checking in late since it quieted down in an hour or so. Otherwise check in was simple, things clean, and no issues. It is not far from the beach driving 5-10 min. There was roadwork to navigate. Overall decent short stay. I slept fine once the upstairs visitors quieted down.

The beds and pillows are Horrible- Hard - bad material. Bad smell in room. Ice machine outside - I actually wanted to swab it to test for bacteria

The property is clean, updated, close to shopping, food, and 1/2 mile walk to beach. Owner / Front desk staff was really kind, asked how my walk was and checked in to make sure everything was good. I appreciate his attention to customer service.
