Not good

My husband was traveling cross country to start a new job and this was one of this stops for the night. He was dead tired and the very odd agent checked him in but she gave him a room that was already occupied. That is totally unacceptable, not to mention dangerous. He had to go all the way back down to the front desk to get another room. In the bathroom there was hair that was not his in the shower and no body wash. He did say the bed was comfortable but had to double stack the pillows.

Add long mirrors to the rooms- or even in the areas where the elevators are. Fix ice machine- broken on all floors.

Didn’t feel safe for my teenage daughter to go to car alone.. a lot of construction workers and numerous hanging out at entry door smoking
