The kitchen/living area consists of a well-equipped kitchenette (ceramic hob, extractor fan, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, mini oven, washing machine, with a table for 5), and a cosy sitting area, with a bench, sideboard and TV (French and German channels), Hi-Fi system, leading onto a veranda and then onto the terrace.

In the Ayguades district, the residence Les Mers du Sud (with its swimming pool) is located directly on the beach, between the resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan. In this quiet area, ideal for children, you will really feel on holiday.
There is a small shopping centre where you can buy all the necessities on the spot. Several restaurants welcome you, some of them all year round.
